Tour Code: AGSG-C
Duration: 2 Hours
Meals: not included
Your tour guide will meet and pick you up at your hotel. Starting a morning tour by cyclo, you will be driven along the Sai Gon river, then through the old market on Ham Nghi Street – the place to buy imported food, wine, shaving cream, shampoo and so on. You will continue to visit the Ben Thanh Market – one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and one of symbols of Ho Chi Minh City, popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles, áo dài, and souvenirs, as well as local cuisine.
Then you will be driven to Tao Dan Park – one of the most popular place where the local people often visit the park to get in a reviving walk, do physical exercises, Tai Chi and enjoy a relaxing moment. Especially, one of main attractions in Tao Dan Park is “Bird Café” – its collection of sweet-chirping birds. Every morning, aviculturists collect in the café with cages in hand, talking amongst themselves with passion and sharing their experience of breeding birds, showing off their prizes or just listening to the birds’ chirpings. Leaving at Tao Dan Park, you will continue your trip on the cyclo through Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ho Chi Minh post office and past American Consulate on the way back to hotel.
We hope you will have a good day.
